____Cancellation and refund policy | Members will have a 14 day cooling off period from the date of purchase. In all cases cancellations cannot be made a week before an event or accessing to a training product delivered in any form to which a member has signed up, including online Events. In case of Top level training events transfers (to a substitute attendee) can be accepted anytime and with no fee, provided they are first approved by Cgworld. Transfers are the responsibility of the original registrant to arrange. Refund and transfer requests must be made via e-mail to: info@cgworldgroup.com, and require confirmation of the original registrant's identity. The 14 days cooling off period applies to all CGworld online training package as well.
